Nowadays,the wind-electricity development in China is in its fast growing stage.Because the wind-electricity development closely relies on the nature condition,the selection of the plant location and the machine position are very important for the operation benefits of the wind-electric power plant.Connecting with the features of the construction of the domestic wind-electric power plant,this paper analyzes on the selection of the plant location and the machine position in the course of the development and construction of the wind-electric power plant,and puts forward some concrete working procedures and ideas.
