摘 要: | 基于设计基准、工艺基准及应用基准统一原则,设计了可在线换刃圆弧光栅刻划刀具结构,研究了其刃磨工艺,利用自行设计的刃磨实验设备刃磨出了新型的光栅刻划刀具,其半径约为7.75mm,圆锥面光洁度为5nm,刃口质量好。

Abstract: | The structure of an online edge-changeable grating ruling arc tool is designed based on the unification principle of design reference ,technical reference ,and application reference .We study the edge lapping technique ,and create a new tool with the self-made edge lapping equipment .The tool is with 7 .75 mm radius ,5 nm surface finish on conical face and good edge quality . |
