正常和细胞质雄性不育水稻线粒体DNA限制性内切酶的酶切图谱分析

摘    要:从N,cms-WA,cms-BT和cms-RL四种不同细胞质源的水稻中制备线粒体DNA。用限制性内切酶Pst Ⅰ,Hind Ⅲ和Xho Ⅰ等酶切线粒体DNA经琼脂糖凝胶电泳,发现水稻N,cms-WA,cms-BT和cms-RL细胞质确有不同的线粒体DNA,不同的保持系之间也存着一定的差异。水稻线粒体DNA最小分子的大小在195~245kb之间。

Abstract:The rice mitochondrlal DNAs (mt-DNAs) were prepared from members of N(fertile), cms-WA, cms-BT and cms-RL groups. Restriction endonucleases Pst I,Hind III and Xho I were used to digest the mt-DNAs, and the fragments resultedwere run the gel-electrophoresis and compared. The results showed that they werequite distinct from each other and that mitochondrial DNAs from the NormalZhenxian 97 B and Nonghu 26 B Were different. The estimated minimum molecularsizes of rice mt-DNAs ranged from 195~245kb.
