| 摘 要： | 提出了一种用激光同时测量玻璃管外径和壁厚的方法。当位于含玻璃管轴线垂直到面内的一束激光与玻璃管轴线成一定角度入射到玻璃管时，经玻璃管内、外表面反射和管壁折射后，产生了能够代表外径和壁厚的光信息，再通过光电传感器CCD将其转换成电信号，由硬件电路放大预处理与数字化后送入计算机，经过运算处理后则同时得到了玻璃管的外径值和壁厚值。

| Abstract: | Method for measuring a wall thickness and external diameter of glass tube simultaneously is introduced in this article.When a beam of laser which is located in the vertical section containing the axis of glass tube project to the glass tube at an angle to its axis, after reflected by the internal and external surface and refracted by the wall of tube, the photo information that represents the external diameter and thickness can be produced and transferred into electric signal by the photo electricity sensor CCD.After amplified,preprocessed and digitized by hardware circuit,the signal enters into the computer and is processed thus the wall thickness and external diameter can be obtained simultaneously. |
