| 摘 要： | 图书馆建设在构建和谐社会的过程中具有不可替代的作用,而高职院校图书馆在其发展过程中又存在着许多不和谐现象,制约着其发展。大力加强和谐图书馆建设,对构建和谐社会具有重要的意义。而强化人性化管理,则是建设和谐图书馆的基点选择。
