不同品种甜樱桃耐藏性及生理变化的研究初报

摘    要:对四种甜樱桃果实贮藏期生理变化和商品果率进行了比较研究,结果表明:那翁、大紫两品种品质劣变速度较慢,与红艳、红灯两品种存在显著差异。贮后商品果率以大紫品种最高。

Abstract:The physiological chang and ratio of commercial fruits during storage were studiedby comparing four kinds of sweet cherry fruits.The result indicated that the cultivarDazi had a better storage property,a lower speed of deteriorating and a higher ratio ofcommercial fruits.
