| 摘 要： | 方法:豚鼠、人、鸡、小鼠4种动物的新鲜血清分别以全溶血,CH50为标准,在1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 d测其总的补体活性.结果:总的补体的活性大小为,豚鼠>人>鸡>小鼠.总的补体活性随着时间的延长呈现下降趋势.豚鼠和人的血清在不稀释条件下,7 d内均能全溶血.人与豚鼠的CH50均在5~9 d出现1个下降的对数期.结论:在短时间内,人血清可以代替豚鼠血清.

| Abstract: | Methods:complement activity of fresh blood serum of guinea pig,person,chicken and mouse have been measured in 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15 d by taking completive dissolveted sheep red blood cell and CH50 as the standard.Results:complement activity of guinea pig,person,chicken and mouse are arranged by scuence from more to few,and complement activity of different animal's have droped with time.Complement of person and guinea pig could completely dissolve red cell in 7 days without diluted.CH50 of person and the guinea pig has a drop in logarithm time in 5~9 d.Conclusion:blood serus of person could replace the guinea pig in the short time. |
