混凝土SHPB束杆试验的数值模拟

摘    要:利用Ansys/Ls-dyna有限元软件对混凝土SHPB束杆试验进行了数值模拟研究.获得了砂浆混凝土的部分HJC本构模型参数,在此基础上模拟了试验过程中的应力波信号、试件的应力应变曲线和破坏形貌变化过程,模拟结果与实测结果有良好的吻合性.研究表明,获得的HJC模型参数是可信的,并分析了模拟冲击过程中试件内部应力、应变和破坏形貌的变化.

Abstract:The numerical simulation of the bundled Hopkinson pressure bars tests of concrete was studied using the finite element software of Ansys/Ls-dyna in the present paper. The partial parameters of HJC constitutive model of mortar concrete were obtained, and the stress wave signal, the stress-strain curve of the specimen and the process of specimen''s damage morphology changes in the simulated impact process were derived. The simulation results were in good agreement with experimental ones. It shows that the obtained parameters of HJC model can be trusted. Distribution of internal stress, strain and the changes of damage morphology of specimen under simulated impact process were also analyzed.
