中国经济过热同人民币汇率上升的矛盾现象刍议——同20世纪80年代日本经济泡沫的比较研究

改革开放以来中国经济持续高速增长,对外贸易额屡创新高,工业化程度不断加大,中国更是被誉为＂世界工厂＂.近几年贸易顺差急剧增长,日益增大的顺差导致贸易摩擦日益加剧,人民币面临升值压力,同时,我国房地产市场持续高速发展,全国居民消费价格指数持续超过3.5%,种种现象不得不使我们对于中国经济过热产生担忧.联想到了上世纪80年代,日本由于经济过热导致的经济衰退,这对我国目前的经济发展是一个教训,通过两国经济情况的对比分析,找到了我国经济发展值得借鉴的经验,并提出相关应对措施.

A Rustic Opinion on the Paradox Between the Overheated Chinese Economy and the Strengthening of RMB Exchange Rate——Comparing with the 1980s Economic Bubble in Japan

Since reform and opening China’s sustained rapid economic growth,foreign trade volume hit record highs,increasing the degree of industrialization,China is known as the "factory of the world." In recent years,trade surplus rapid growth,which led to increasing friction,the pressure to revalue,and China’s real estate market continues rapid growth,while the consumer price index continued to exceed 3.5%,and this makes us had to worry about China’s overheating of the economy.Thinking of Japan,during the 1980s,overheating of the economy led to economic recession,which is taking an important lesson to China’s current economic development.Through comparative analysis of their economic situation,we find a worthwhile learning experience in China’s economic development,and make relevant responses.
