推力矢量发动机气固两相内流场数值模拟

摘    要:采用欧拉-拉格朗日模型,对固体火箭发动机气固两相内流场进行了深入研究,通过数值模拟得到了不同直径粒子的轨道及其温度等值线云图,及其对应情况下喷管轴线上的温度、压力和马赫数变化曲线,详细分析了粒子大小对流场的影响。结果表明:(1)粒子通过喷管扩张段时形成的轨道随着粒子直径的增大先向轴线靠拢集中,直径超过一定值时,出现两条轨道带,轨道带的夹角随直径的进一步增大而增大;(2)粒子的加入对燃气温度具有滞后作用;(3)在收敛段和直线段对应的喷管轴线上,粒子的直径对温度和马赫数影响不大,但是在扩张段,影响较大。

Abstract:By Euler-Lagrange two phase model,gas-solid two-phase inlet flow field of SRM was studied.The trajectory and temperature contour at different particle diameter were achieved by numerical simulation.The curves of temperature,Mach number and pressure on axial at different particle diameter were obtained.The influence of particle size on inlet flow field was analyzed.Results show:(1)In expansion section,with the particle diameter increasing,Trajectory closes to the axial,when the particle diameter is beyond a certain price,two trajectory belt appears,and the angle of the two trajectory belt increases along with the particle diameter;(2)The particles have the hysteresis for temperature,(3)On the axial of section of convergence and line,the particle's diameter has no influence for temperature and Mach number,but the axial of throat and expansion section,the particle diameter has influence for temperature and Mach number.
