深水铺管船用张紧器液压夹紧系统建模与仿真

摘    要:综合考虑3000m水深铺管船用张紧器的工作过程及参数要求,设计液压夹紧系统为管线提供夹紧力并确定液压系统元件参数。利用AMESim软件建立仿真模型,并对液压缸快进、工进、保压、快退四个工作阶段及同步性进行仿真分析,除快进阶段液压缸存在速度波动外,其余三个阶段运行平稳;采用PID控制使液压缸具有良好的同步性,并通过分析液压缸动态特性,对液压系统进行优化。仿真结果表明液压夹紧系统基本满足张紧器工作要求。
