“互联网+”背景下的产业创新系统以智能终端产业为例

互联网平台为传统产业提供了新的组织方式,促进了产业内外创新主体间的协同。本研究从开放的视角下构建了“互联网+”背景下的产业创新系统理论模型,并以智能终端产业为例展开分析,试图展现“互联网+传统产业”创新活动的特征：互联网技术在传统产业上的应用经历了技术识别、技术研发和技术扩散3个阶段;传统产业与互联网融合之后,其组织方式将由线性的上下游关系转变为以云平台为核心的网络关系;“互联网+传统产业”的发展离不开良好的创新环境。智能终端产业的发展为传统产业转型升级提供了借鉴：“互联网+传统产业”不仅仅是产品联网,更需要将整个产业体系融入互联网中。

Industrial Innovation System Under the Background of "the Internet Plus"A case analysis of intelligent terminal industry

Internet platform provides a new organizational mode for traditional industries, and promotes the collaboration between innovation subjects inside and outside the industry. This paper constructs a theoretical model of industrial innovation system from an open perspective, and selects the intelligent terminal industry as a case to analyze, trying to show the characteristics of the innovation activities of "the Internet plus Traditional Industry". The application of Internet technology in traditional industries has experienced three stages: technology identification, technology research and development and technology diffusion. After the integration of the traditional industry and the Internet, its organizational mode will change from a linear upstream and downstream relationship to a network relationship with cloud platform as the core. The development of " the Internet plus Traditional Industry " cannot be separated from a well innovation environment. The development of intelligent terminal industry provides reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries: " the Internet plus Traditional Industry " is not only about product networking, but also needs to integrate the whole industrial system into the Internet.
