中韩民间科技合作创新路径研究

在全球化和逆全球化的背景下，民间合作已成为重要的国际合作方式之一。自中韩两国建立对话关系以来，科技创新合作一直是两国构建全面战略合作伙伴关系的重要方面，合作涵盖了基础研究、应用技术、高新技术等各个方面，通过互派考察团、人员交流、联合研究等方式，交流渠道呈现多样化形态。本研究主要从民间科技合作的角度出发，梳理中韩民间国际科技创新合作发展现状，探索加强人才交流、促进民间科技组织参与、科技创新合作、拓展科技合作平台和更加深入、全面、可持续的合作方式，从而推动中韩两国科技创新合作发展新路径。

Study on the Path of Innovation in Folk Technology Cooperation between China and Republic of Korea

Under the current background of globalization and anti-globalization, non-governmental cooperation has become one of the important ways of international cooperation. Since the establishment of dialogue relations between China and the ROK, science and technology cooperation has been an important aspect of the building of comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries. The cooperation covers various fields such as high and new technology, applied technology and basic research. The cooperation channels include both governmental and non-governmental exchanges through the exchange of delegations, personnel exchanges and joint research. From the perspective of non-governmental cooperation, this paper summarizes the development status of China-South Korea non-governmental cooperation in international science and technology innovation, and explores strengthening personnel exchanges, promoting non-governmental organizations to participate in science and technology innovation cooperation, expanding science and technology cooperation platforms and more in-depth, comprehensive and sustainable cooperation methods from the perspective of non-governmental cooperation, so as to promote the new development path of science and technology innovation cooperation between China and South Korea.
