电凝聚法脱除高浓度印染废水CODcr研究

摘    要:在不同pH值、板间距、电流强度、通电时间、电流密度、投加食盐量的条件下,研究电凝聚法对高浓度染料废水CODcr去除效果,得到了亲水性的高浓度染料活性艳红X-3B染料液CODc,去除的最佳反应条件,为电凝聚法处理染料水的工业化实施提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:This paper studies CODcr removal from high-concentration printing and dyeing waste water by means of electrocoagulation under varied pH value,board spacing,current intensity,conduction time,current density,and quantity of added salt.The optimal conditions for CODcr removal from high-cocentration red reactive hydrophilic X-3B dyeing liquid have been determined,which should be of great value for industrial application of electrocoagulation in treatment of dyeing water.
