| Abstract: | The sci-tech paper, which is the working summary and experiences accumulation of the sci-tech workers in their sci-tech research fields, is a form of publishing the sci-tech achievements, and also is a path for people to transmit the information and describe various matters. This paper expounds how to write the high-level, high-quality and valuable papers emphatically from three aspects of the reader consciousness, the foreword and the conclusion. |
