| 摘 要： | 电路构造法是建立器件级集成电路宏模型的一种较为适用的方法。但这种方法还很不完善,因此建模难度很大。本文对电路构造法建立宏模型进行了深入的研究,提出了电路构造法的具体实施方案。实践表明,这个具体实施方案,对利用电路构造法建立宏模型能够起到有序可循的作用。

| Abstract: | The circuit formation method is a practical way for building the macromodels of device-level integrated circuit,but not a perfect one.There is some difficulties in building the macromodels.This paper makes a further study on building the macromodels by using the circuit formation method and presents a concrete scheme for implementation.An example is given to illustrate its application. |
