摘    要:随着城镇化的持续快速推进,我国经济社会水平和综合国力不断提升。然而,在城镇化快速发展的过程中,城市生态居住环境的质量却难以令人满意。因此,2006年国家制定《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006—2020)》将"城市生态居住环境质量保障"列为城镇化的优先领域之一。本文介绍了自《纲要》实施以来,我国在城市生态居住环境质量领域的科技布局、技术进展、对社会经济的贡献、面临的挑战等情况,并提出了进一步提升居住环境质量方面研究的建议。

Overall Pattern of Urban Ecological Habitat Quality and Monitoring Innovation of Science and Technology Has Basically Formed 2013
Abstract:With the sustained and rapid urbanization, China''s economic and social level and comprehensive national strength continued to improve. However, the process of rapid development in the town, city ecological residential environment quality is not satisfactory. Therefore, the National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan (2006- 2020)" developed in 2006 will be the urban ecological residential environment quality assurance, which is listed as one of the priority areas for urbanization. This study introduces the outline of implementation, in our urban ecological residential area environment quality technology layout, technology progress, on the economic and social contribution, challenge, and put forward to further improve the living environment quality of advice.
