| 摘 要： | 本文叙述了球锥形端面光纤在与双异质结面发光二极管耦合中的作用。这种端面光纤与平端面光纤、球形端面光纤相比,耦合效率高,而且可扩大装配容差。具有这种形式端面的单模光纤在与光纤耦合中也能得到满意的结果。

| Abstract: | The effect of spherical-tapered ended optical fiber in coupling between it and double heterojunction surface emitting LED is described. The coupling efficiency of ended optical fiber of this type, plain ended optical fiber and spherical ended optical fiberers is compared. The results show that, its efficiency is higher and allowable error in assembling is increased. The coupling between the single-mode optical fiber with this kind of end and the optical fiber is also satisfactory. |
