| 摘 要： | 针对电火花线切割加工表面形貌不规则、无序性等特点,基于分形几何理论,研究了电火花线切割加工表面形貌的分形特征,利用结构函数法计算其分形维数,并给出了电火花线切割表面特征分形维数的物理意义.研究表明:电火花线切割表面形貌在一定尺度范围具有明显的分形特征,加工参数的设定、脉冲电源的性能等因素影响分形维数D的大小,分形维数D和表面粗糙度Ra有一定的对应关系,将分形维数D和表面粗糙度Ra结合起来描述线切割加工表面的形貌特征更为合理.
