| 摘 要： | 创新型人才的培养,特别是注重培养学生的创新意识及创新技能,是高等教育必须关注的重要课题。该文对湖南农业大学仪器科技学院创新型人才培养的成果进行了总结,从三个方面概括人才培养方案。
