校企合作是职业学校正在逐步探索的办学机制和人才培养模式．建平职业教育中心根据区域特点，大力兴办校内工厂，深入开展与域内企业的合作，在域外优质企业建立校外实训基地和就业基地，探索出适合自身的、个性化的校企合作之路，使学校实现了跨越式发展．

Innovating cooperation to upgrade the development of vocational school——Based on the cases of jianping vocational training center

As a school-running mechanism and talent-training pattern, cooperation between school and enterprise is being experimented by vocational schools now. Based on local characteristics, Jianping Vocational Training Center is endeavoring to establish school factories to reinforce the cooperation with regional enterprises, and build foundations for field trip and employment in profitmaking enterprises outside school to explore a characteristic and individualized way of cooperation betwixt school and enterprise so as to upgrade the development of the school.
