| Abstract: | Based on interest-related parties theory,this paper provides a clear definition of the connotation and boundaries of enterprise responsibility.Further,it analyzes the relationship among interest-related parties,enterprise responsibility and sustainable development of enterprise.Finally,the author proposes how the enterprise achieve sustainable development as a role to fulfill the enterprise responsibility. |
