莆田市高新技术产业园区土地集约利用研究

在对莆田高新技术产业园区土地利用状况进行调查和分析的基础上,运用多因素综合评价法,选取相应的评价指标来构建评价体系,运用特尔斐法求得权重构建模型,计算开发区的土地集约利用综合分值。根据定量化结果和实际情况,同时根据评价标准认为该园区属于集约利用等级。在此基础上,测算了评价时点的土地集约利用扩展潜力、结构潜力、强度潜力和管理潜力,推算开发区的用地潜力规模和尚可供地年数。分析评价成果为研究确定园区土地集约利用方向、挖潜计划和相关政策建议提供重要依据。

Research on Evaluation of Intensive Land Use of Putian High-Tech Industrial Park

Investigating and analyzing land utilization status of Putian high-tech industrial Park,the index system of evaluation was defined with the method of multi-factor synthetic appraisement,the weighting of evaluation index in the method was confirmed with Delphi.The intensive land utilization synthetic value of the Park was calculated.According to the quantitative results,real situation and evaluation standard,it was considered that the region belonged to intensive utilization grade.Based on these,the intensive land use expansion potential,structure potential,intensity potential and management potential at that time were calculated.We estimated the land use potential scale and years of passably land given in the Park.So the land use potential scale and distribution is clear further.The results of the research could provide an important reference to the government for finding out intensive land use direction,potentiality exploration plan and relative policies.
