| 摘 要： | 经济法的基本原则是经济法规所体现的具有普遍意义的指导原理,是经济规律与法律科学结合的具体体现。在我国建立社会主义市场经济制度过程中,确立经济法的基本原则,对健全经济法律体系具有重要的基础作用。随着我国加入世贸组织,社会主义市场经济的发展也必将融入世界经济体系。我国经济法的基本原则不仅要反映社会主义市场经济法的本质特征,还要体现我国信守对世贸组织的承诺,经济法的基本原则也应随之注入新的内容

| Abstract: | In economic law, the basic principles of economic law are the guidance theory reflecting the combination of economic disciplinarian and legal science In the process of social democracy market economy, basic principles are very important to perfect economic system. Along with China entry into WTO, the development of social market economy will melt into world economic process. So the basic principles of economic law reflect not only the essential character, but also our country abiding by promises of WTO. The basic principles of economic law will increase new content. |
