| 摘 要： | 根据我国大城市、大城市的郊县以及农村近年来第二住宅的发展，分析了我国第二住宅在不同时期受政策、经济、环境的影响各自具有的独特发展机制；阐述了第二住宅在大城市、大城市的郊县、农村的空间分布和空间演变趋势；探讨了第二住宅对经济产生的深刻影响并提出相关解决途径．

| Abstract: | Based on the development of the second house in metropolitan,the county of metropolitan and the villages recently.the development form of the second house under the polices,economy,environment effect in the different times are analyzed.The effect of second house spatial distribution has the different development ways and trends in different zones and in different times.The second house spatial distribution and spatial development on the economic in metropolitan,the county of metropolitan and the village are discussed and some advices to the orobcems are put forward. |
