| 摘 要： | 人力资本是由投资于人力而形成的，投资主体包括个人．企业、政府和社会团体，投资存在着风险。为了避免投资风险，文章就个人的人力资本投资决策行为．在三种不同的情况下，采用了三个不同分析模型，进行了的分析，并对结果应用做了评述。

For avoiding risk. the paper has put forward decision-making for the individual human capital investment to use three different model in three different situations .so that the results could be better. |
