仲胺萃取铌的性能和机理研究

摘    要:铌在酸性硫氰酸盐溶液中比较稳定,可被正丁醇、环己酮、磷酸三丁酯、N.N-二烷基苯胺等萃取.鉴于在酸性溶液中铌与硫氰酸盐形成络阴离子,可望能被胺型萃取剂萃取,本文研究了仲胺萃取铌硫氰酸盐络合物的性能和机理.测定了萃合物的组成,讨论了萃合物的紫外-可见吸收光谱和红外光谱. 1 实验部分 1.1 试剂和溶液仲胺7203,核工业部北京五所研制;A_(1416),中科院上海有机化学研究所产品;煤油,

Abstract:The properties and mechanism of extraction of the thiocyanats complexes of niobium by using secondary amine 7203 have been studied.The results showed that secondary amine 7203 can efficiently extract the thiocyanate complexes of niobium from hydrochloric acid solution.The composition of the extracted complex is mainlyR_2NH_2](Nb(NCS)_6] as determined by slope method and so on. The extraction mechanism based on UV-VIS spectra and IR spectra was proved to be an ion exchange reaction.
