真空滤油机油中水分真空蒸发初探

摘    要:基于工业废油处理研究与实践的需要,着重分析了真空滤油机油中水分真空蒸发的机理,指出了在经济许可的条件下,尽量降低脱水温度、提高真空度,是达到真空条件下油水分离,即矿物油脱水目的的重要措施。

Abstract:Based on the study of industrial abandoned oil and the practice of the vacuum dehydration, the vacuum evaporation mechanism is specially studied. Simultaneously, this paper indicated that if permitted by the economy, the dehydration temperature should be decreased and the vacuum degree should be increased to carry out the separation of oil from water in vacuumand the dehydration of mineral oil.
