高职学生就业危机心理及教学改进对策研究

在对金融危机影响下高职学生就业危机心理调研基础上，对就业危机心理产生的原因进行分析，提出解决高职学生就业危机心理对策建议：即教学过程以学生职业发展为取向，加强行业职业认知培养，引得学生收集就业信息，注重加强就业信心培养以及加强职业生涯规划。

Study on Employment Psychological Crisis of Higher Vocational Students and Teaching Improvement Countermeasures

Many higher vocational students generate employment crisis psychology because of financial crisis effects. After research on that, the paper analyzes the causes of the employment crisis psychology and puts forward suggestions to relieve the employment crisis psychology, that is, teaching process should be oriented by students＇ career development, industrial and professional cognition training should be strengthened, students should be led to collect employment information, the employment confidence training and the career planning should be enhanced.
