| 摘 要： | 现代管理理论和管理技术的发展、经济全球化对旅游人才的新要求、高校课程体系所存在的弊端等都要求对高校旅游管理课程进行改革。21世纪的高校课程体系应具有4个方面的特点：课程设置的科学化;课程结构的合理化;课程教学的现代化;课程目标的多元化。

| Abstract: | The development of modern traveling,the reform of intermediate travel education and the defects of the curriculum of the advanced travel management ask for reform of the curriculum for advanced travel management.Based on the status quo of our country and international tendency of educational reform,this paper means to present the principles for the curriculum reform,and to work out,under the guide of these principles,the new curriculum of the 21 st century for the advanced travel management.The new curriculum has the following four synthesisses:science of the curriculum design,rationality of the curriculum structure,modernization of the curriculum teaching,and varieties of curriculum aim. |
