On Team Organization and Team Spirit in University Libraries

In the knowledge-based information society,team construction is of necessity to the development of university libraries.Introducing the notion of "team work" from corporation management into a library management may do good to a library in different aspects.These advantages can be listed as follows: enhancing librarians' sense of team work,building up scientific norm of a team,heightening team members' cohesion,improving the art of leadership,etc.As a result,learning libraries can be built in universities.
