| 摘 要： | 针对配送延迟造成物流服务水平下降的问题,本文在总的配送延迟时间满足事先控制量的前提下,以与原方案干扰偏差最小为目标,建立了物流配送延迟的干扰管理模型.同时,结合仿真实例,运用遗传算法对模型进行了求解及比较分析,结果验证了模型的有效性.

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of possible decrease in logistics service level caused by distribution delay,considering the total delay time which should be under the beforehand control level,aiming at minimizing disruption deviation of the original scheme,we establish a disruption management model for distribution delay in this paper.A genetic algorithm is adopted to solve and compare the model through simulation example,which verifies the effectiveness of the model. |
