钻井柴油发电机余热技术研究与应用

摘    要:随着科学技术发展和降本增效、节能降耗的需要,根据钻井柴油发电机使用过程中能耗的组成,以及温差发电技术的优点,提出了一种针对柴油发电机的余热回收利用方式,将温差发电技术应用到钻井柴油发电机的余热回收利用中.通过对现场数据的分析,利用柴油发电机余热温差发电技术,将会在钻井过程中起到降本增效、节能降耗的作用,同时具有环保的效果,有利于在国内钻井行业的推广应用,具有良好的发展前途和广阔的市场前景.

Abstract:With the development of scientific technology and the need of the cost reduction and energy saving,themethod of waste heat recovery for the diesel generator is proposed. The method considers the energy consumption ofdrilling diesel generator and the advantages of the thermoelectric generation technology. The thermoelectricgeneration technology is applied to the recovery of waste heat utilization in drilling diesel generator. The field dataare analyzed,the results show that the function of the cost reduction and energy saving and environmental protectionare done due to the use of diesel generator waste heat thermoelectric power generation technology. The technology isbenefit to the promotion of domestic drilling industry and has good prospect and broad market prospect.
