| Abstract: | In this paper,the connotation and characters of multiplex talents for current applied psychology are firstly given.Then the paper tells that to construct the multiplex talents training model,some basic principles should be insisted on,such as the principle of qualification with specialty and that of career orientation.With these principles,the paper puts on a conventional model to train multiplex talents for applied psychology. |
