| 摘 要： | 分析了矢量量化码本设计基本算法及其不足，给出了完善的局部最优的改进算法及其实现．简介了模拟退火算法的基本原理，并利用模拟退火算法进行全局最优码本设计，文中给出了具体的算法实现和实验结果．

| Abstract: | This paper first reviews the codebook design method using LBG algorithm as well as its disadvantages, then gives its improved algorithm in detail. This paper also discusses the principle and implementation of codebook design method based on simulated annealing algorithm which is globally optimal. Experiments show that the algorithm implemented is effective. |
