摘    要:在 4.5×10~(-2)mol/l NH_4Cl-5.4×10~(-2)mol/l NH_3-2×10~(-3)mol/l 铜铁试剂溶液(pH~9.5)中,用示差脉冲吸附伏安法测定海水中痕量 Cr(VI)。导数峰电位为-1.40 V(VS.Ag/AgCl)、峰电流与 Cr(VI)浓度在 0.05~1.2 ng/ml 范围内呈线性关系。检出限为 0.04 ng/ml。对 Cr(VI)含量为 0.35 ng/ml的海水样品,变异系数为 7.6%,平均回收率为92%。本法已应用于厦门近岸海水中 Cr(VI)的测定。

Abstract:A differential pulse adsorption voltammetry has been developed for determination of trace Cr(VI) in seawater. It is based on a sensitive adsorptive catalytic wave of Cr(VI) cupferron complex in NH(4|+)-NH3 solution. The derivative peak potential of the wave is-1.40V (vs.Ag/AgCI). The derivative peak current is proportional to the concentration of Cr(VI) in the range of 0.05- 1.2ng/ml. The detection limit is 0.04 ng/ml. Coefficient of variation and average recovery for seawater sample with Cr(VI) concentration of 0.35ng/ml are 7.6% and 92% respectivelv. The procedure has been applied to determine Cr(VI) in seawater of Xiamen Bay.
