食管癌局部淋巴结反应的研究

摘    要:对200个食管癌局部淋巴结无癌转移者作形态学、组织化学和免疫组织化学研究.部分淋巴结作非特异性酯酶(ANAE)和免疫荧光抗体(Ig)检查.早期淋巴结淋巴窦扩张,窦内皮和窦内网状细胞增生,后者和吞噬细胞 ANAE 强阳性.淋巴滤泡增生,生发中心有大而淡染的淋巴细胞和含有 ANAE 阳性物质的网状细胞.滤泡内 Ig 分布不一,中心呈粗网状,周围细网状.部份皮质深区增大,互相融合,并可见增生的网状细胞.髓索浆细胞丰富,Ig 强阳性.从以上形态学,组织化学和免疫组织化学研究证明,机体局部淋巴结对食管癌有细胞和体液免疫反应.

Abstract:Morphological,histochemical and immunohistochemical stud- ies were made of 200 regional lymph nodes from victims of esophageal ca- rcinoma without tumor metastasis.Some of the nodes were examined by virtue of ANAE reaction and IgG fluorescence.It was found that in the early stage,the lymphatic sinuses in lymph nodes usually dilated,with h- yperplasia of the lining endothelial cells and of the intrasinusoidal retic- ular cells.Also,there appeared follicular hyperplasia.In the germinal centres,both pale-stained large lymphocytes and reticular cells containing abundant ANAE positive material were present.The distribution of Ig in reactive lymph follicles varied,a coarse network of Ig being present in the germinal centre and a delicate network of Ig scattering throughout per- ifollicales.Part of the deep cortical units were enlarged and fused into one,with hyperplasia of reticular cells.In the medullary cord,plasma cells were often present in great number,with Ig strongly positive.The group morphological,histochemical and immunohistochemical findings in this of reactive nodes suggested that cellular and humoral immunoreaction occurred in local lymph nodes in response esophageal carcinoma.
