| 摘 要： | 通过对踝关节生理解剖及力学特点的分析,得知其在跨栏跑教学中的作用.在教学中加强踝关节的各项技术环节及各教学阶段的作用,采用不同的教学方法对学生进行试验、对比,加快对跨栏跑技术的掌握,防止运动损伤,更好的提高教学质量.

| Abstract: | This article deals the ankle function in hurdle race teaching by analyzing the physiological anatomcy of the ankle joint and its dynamic feature.In hurdle race teaching,we lay stress on the anke function in our class and technical training.We made experiments on the students by various teaching methods,thus speeding up the mastery of the hurdle skills,preventing hurt in training and rased the teaching quality to a higher degree. |
