管带式散热器流动阻力与传热性能分析

摘    要:以管带式汽车散热器的换热与流动阻力的理论分析为基础,编制了管带式汽车散热器的传热与流动阻力计算程序,运用所编程序分析了散热器主要结构参数对散热器流动阻力与散热性能的影响。结果表明:散热带波距是影响散热器性能的主要参数,散热量随散热带波距的减小而增加。在保证散热的条件下,应适当选取较大的翅片波高,为实施汽车散热器散热性能改善措施提供了有效的理论依据。

Abstract:A program for computation of heat transfer and flow resistance is compiled based on heat transfer model and resistance characteristic of the automobile radiators. Effects of the geometric structure of the radiators are evaluated. The results show that the ribbon space of the radiators has significant influence on heat transfer and flow resistance, namely with the decrease of ribbon space,heat release increases, so bigger fins should be selected to ensure heat transfer condition.
