| 摘 要： | 为了培养适应社会需要的通信工程高素质应用型人才,通过创新校企间的合作模式,成立"高校-企业联合教育中心"来开展校企间的紧密合作。充分整合高校和企业各自的资源,由企业参与高校人才培养的各个环节,以培养学生的综合素质、工程应用能力和就业竞争力为重点,从而化解学生就业难和企业招人难的矛盾。在合作中锻炼出的"双师型"教师队伍是实现人才培养目标的有力保证。
