摘    要:食品分析综合实验旨在通过综合实验内容和实验方法掌握食品质量检测技术。文中为合理选择食品分析综合实验,根据资料和以往的教学经验将实验分为5种不同类型,同时阐述了实验内容和设计思路。教学实践表明兼顾不同类型实验的训练能使学生的食品分析技能更全面、更系统。
