经济管理类实验室建设问题探讨

科学、合理地进行实验室建设与管理,充分认识实验室建设在经济管理类专业教学、科研中的地位和作用,对于人才培养具有十分重要的作用与意义。文中以重庆工商大学经济管理实验教学中心为例,重点分析了实验室运行中存在的主要问题,并提出了科学规划,加强实验室建设论证、建设学术与科研相结合的师资队伍,稳定实验教师队伍、提高大型仪器设备的使用效益、分类构建实验平台,提高资源共享度、实验教学与科研活动互动机制等改革对策,并从内在动力和外在推力两方面,提出综合提高实验试运行效率,实现实验室可持续发展的管理创新模式。
