| 摘 要： | 文章从实验教学的组织思路、组织形式、教学内容、教学方法等方面分析了传统微生物实验教学存在的问题。根据近年来微生物学实验教学中的实践和体会,对微生物实验体系进行了改革,建立了基础性实验、综合性实验、设计性实验和创新性实验等四层次的递进式教学模式;遵循"以学生为主体、以教师为主导"的教学理念,提高了学生的积极性、主动性,对培养学生的实验操作技能、提高学生的创新能力和综合素质起到了积极作用。
