管母线焊缝缺陷对发热损耗的影响研究

摘    要:结合管母线电场和温度场数值计算方法,建立了存在气孔、未焊透、裂纹等焊缝缺陷的管母线温度场有限元计算模型。在综合考虑对流和辐射换热、电阻率温度效应以及热量沿管母线轴向的传输等影响因素的基础上,对存在焊缝缺陷的管母线温度场进行了计算分析,得出了管母线焊缝缺陷周围温度场的分布规律。通过与通流检测实验数据对比分析,得出了不同焊缝缺陷对管母线发热损耗的影响,为实际运行的管母线的焊接质量带电检测以及实时温度测量提供了参考依据。

Abstract:This paper established the existence of stomatal, incomplete penetration, weld crackles and other defects of tube bus temperature field finite element model which based on the electric field and temperature field tube bus numerical methods. In considering the factors of convective and radiative heat resistivity temperature effects and heat transfer along the tube axis of the bus, calculated and analysis of the existence weld defects tube bus temperature field, obtained the distribution of temperature field around the tube bus weld defects; Through the comparative analysis of flow detection experimental data,reached the different weld defects affect on tube bus heat loss. It provide a reference for actually running tube bus welding quality live test and real-time temperature measurements.
