| 摘 要： | 在环氧胶粘涂层中加入偶联剂，研究其对胶接强度的影响。试验研究表明，偶联剂KH-550通过分子中两个性质不同的化学反应把环氧树脂与金属基体以化学键联接起来，起着架桥作用，从而使它们在相互接触的表面交界处结合得更加牢固。可显著地提高环氧胶粘涂层的胶接强度。推荐了无填料和加入玻璃纤维填料胶粘涂层偶联剂的适宜加入量。

| Abstract: | In this paper ,the effect of the strength of the epoxy bonding coating by adding the coupling agent KH-550 is studied.The result shows that the epoxy bonding coating can be strengthened by the different reactions which bond between the epoxy matrix and fiber. From the above reaction the interface boundary is strengthened. The optimized doze of KH-550 is presented. |
