| 摘 要： | 针对当前县城总体规划深度不够的情况,结合衡山县城的实际,对县城总体规划内容进行了宏观和微观层次的扩充、扩展.重点加强了城市发展规划,深化了总体规划阶段的城镇体系规划;总体布局上重点解决了规划结构、城市防洪、道路交通和景观风貌规划问题,引进了控制性详细规划的部分内容,创新了城市规划原理、方法与技术.

| Abstract: | In view of the insufficient study of the current county town overall plans, based on the existing condition of Hengshan County Town, the revised plan is improved at both macro and micro levels. It is enlarged in scope of the macro level and more detail is added at the micro level. It emphasizes on the urban development plan, deepens the Urban System Plan during the overall planning stages, and solves the existing problems in planning structure, flood prevention, road, traffic and landscape planning form overall layout. The revised plan incorporates the latest planning theory, planning methods and technology including materials taken from The Controlling Details Plan. |
