| 摘 要： | 资源型城市转型成本可以分为调整成本和延误成本。调整成本减去延误成本为转型的净成本；调整成本加上延误成本为转型的总成本。经济转型时机的选择决定净成本和总成本的大小。我们应该理清转型的各种成本，尽可能地降低总成本。

| Abstract: | The type-conversion cost of the resource-type cities can be divided into the adjustment cost and the delay cost. The adjustment cost minus the delay cost is the net cost of the type-conversion, and the adjustment cost plus the delay cost is the total cost of the type-conversion. And the selection of the occasion of the economic type-conversion determines the amount of the net cost and the total cost of the type-conversion. We should make clear of each cost of the type-conversion and reduce the total cost as many as possible. |
