旋转磁场-高频群脉冲电化学复合加工实验研究

摘    要:将特定的旋转磁场引入高频群脉冲电化学加工中,研究磁场方向随时间变化时,磁场能量对电化学加工效果的影响. 旋转磁场系利用单片机控制8位继电器顺序动作给相应线圈供电而产生. 通过设计的正交实验探究旋转磁场的相关参数对加工效果的影响,探讨各工艺因素之间的交互作用对加工效果的影响情况. 通过分析发现,磁场的旋转周期、磁感应强度及加工间隙三者的交互作用对加工效果影响很大,并呈现一定的规律.

Abstract:Based on the previous research on technology of compound ECM with constant magnetic field, rotating magnetic field with high-frequency group pulse was introduced in our ECM experiments to study the effect of directional changing of magnetic field on ECM effectiveness. The rotation of the magnetic field was controlled by eight relays and a microprocessor. With some designed orthogonal experiments, the interaction influence of multiple parameters on machining has been investigated. Experiment results show that the interaction among the factors of magnetic field rotation speed, magnetic field intensity and the machining gap would affect the machining greatly, which contributes to further research on compound ECM.
