摘    要:液压挖掘机反铲工作装置结构的复杂性和边界条件的多变性给对工作装置强度分析带来了很大困难.在对挖掘机工作装置受力分析的基础上,编程自动求解挖掘范围内各铰点受力,利用坐标旋转变换,得到用于各构件有限元分析的边界载荷,最后在ANSYS中编写载荷步文件自动对构件进行多工况静强度分析.实现了各构件有限元网格模型的共享和边界条件的自动获得,为各构件的多工况有限元分析提供了新的方法;同时也大大降低了对工作装置进行静强度分析的工作量.

Abstract:Due to the complexity of the structure of working device of backhoe single bucket hydrau-lic excavator and variability of boundary condition, it is very difficult to analyze its static strength. Therefore, based on analysis of the force of the working device, the force acting on each hinged joint with the working range is calculated by programming and the boundary load for finite element method (FEM)analysis for each part is obtained by using the coordinate rotation transform Finally, static structural analysis of multi-work condition is accomplished automatically in ANSYS by writing a document of load steps. A new way of the share of finite element mesh model and boundary condition obtained automatically is provided and the amount of work at static structural a-nalysis about working device is reduced significantly.
