| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治教育和学生公寓管理的主体都是学生。通过对大学生身份特征和心理特征分析证明,高校应当以开展生活教育和情堵调控教育为突破口,以激励为主要手段,通过目标激励、情感激励、榜样激励、民主管理激励等途径推进思想政治教育进公寓。

| Abstract: | The subjects of college and university political and ideological education and school boardinghouse administration are students. This thesis analyzes college and university student＇ characteristic and psychological features, pointing out that carrying out programs of life education and education of psychological control of senti- ments should be the breakthrough point, and that incentive mechanism should be taken as the main method, to push political and ideological education into school boardinghouses by means of objective encouragement, affectire encouragement, example encouragement and democratic management encouragement. |
